Community Barn Dance: Line Dancing

Saturday, April 27, 5:30-8:30 PM. NOTE: This event is sold out for advance tickets. Limited tickets will be available at the gate, first-come, first-served.

Come celebrate local farms, food, and music by line dancing with DJ Rich and our professional caller. The evening will be run as an introductory lesson, with music starting at 5:30 and the lesson running from 6-8 PM.

Enjoy a delicious dinner from A Taco Affair food truck, and BYOB, if you’d like.

Bring a blanket or folding chair to stretch out on the lawn between dances.

Spring Blossom Festival

Saturday, May 4, 10 AM - 4 PM (rain date May 5th)

Celebrate Spring at the farm. We'll have hayride orchard tours, beekeeper talks and a demo hive, lots of artisan vendors, food trucks, a beer garden, ice cream, and live music.

Italian Spring Dinner

Join us for a premium 6-course menu in our vintage barn, presented by Chef Enzo, instructor at the cooking school of Ninety Acres at Natirar. Enzo will highlight the current seasonal offerings from our farm, demonstrating how to prepare each course as you dine.

At cocktail hour, enjoy an exclusive oyster raw bar presented by NJ's premier farm-to-table shellfish growers, the Barnegat Oyster Collective.

Girls Night Out - Pop-Up Strawberry Festival

Indulge in farm-fresh snacks and strawberry desserts, bring home new wines from Rebel Sheep Wine Co. (Morris County’s first farm winery!), get creative with Bullet Boots at their hat-making bar, dress up and say cheese at the photo booth, and explore the beauty of permanent jewelry with Lavish Everlasting.

June Farm Bird Walk

Saturday, June 1, 9 AM - 10:30 AM

Join birding enthusiast Dr. Greg Birrer for a birding walk here at the farm. Watch for warblers, vireos, flycatchers, thrushes, orioles, swallows, nesting birds, hawks & more.

Our leader is Greg Birrer, Ph.D. He has lived in Succasunna, NJ for the past 30 years and has birded for most of his life. He volunteers with the US Geological Survey Breeding Bird program and has done bird walks for NJ Audubon. He also recently competed in the World Series of Birding with others from his family.

Bring binoculars and a spotting scope if you have one!

We may walk up to 1.5 miles, over generally level, sometimes muddy terrain. We will bird in all weather. Be sure to check the forecast in advance and dress in layers appropriate for prevailing weather conditions.

Join us for a fun evening at the farm. Grab your chair or blanket and gather in front of our vintage barn for live music. Fort Nonsense Brewing Company will be here with their beer (21+), alongside the “Chicken Wings and Things” food truck. Our store will be open, offering our famous apple cider donuts and more! This is a family-friendly event.

Drea's Tapas food truck will be here serving up delicious dishes, and this event is BYOB. Beginners and experts are warmly welcomed. Our Farm store will be open, offering our famous apple cider donuts.

Intro to Metalsmithing + Stone Setting: Flower Pendant

A great gift for Mother's Day! Gift a ticket or join along with mom for this special treat of a day. Light bites and sips (non-alcoholic) will be available.

Learn beginner metalsmithing techniques using a butane torch, a safe and accessible approach to jewelry making. We'll be using sterling silver wire and pliers to form and then fabricate individual petal components, soldering them all together to make a flower. Next, we'll solder a 6mm bezel cup in the center and set a semi-precious cabochon gemstone. You'll end up making your very own beautiful three dimensional artisan flower pendant - a forever flower to remember your accomplishment! Comes with an 18" paperclip link chain.

Skills Covered: differences between fine metal and its properties, metal forming techniques, hammering metals, butane torch soldering, gemstone setting. This is an Adult class, students must be at least 18+ years old (16+ with an accompanying adult).

Prerequisite: None, this is a great introduction to beginner metalsmithing techniques.

Materials Provided: All materials will be provided for you.
